Job Description

*Handling Personnel Request (Vacations – End of service … Etc. ) to provide labor rights by formal process.
*Dealing with external agencies ( Airline Agencies ) to get the best price for the employees ticket and business trips by communicate with the agency and reviewing the cost.
*Making the new employees profile to complete the hiring process by coordinate with the recruitment officer.
*Handling the employee’s Timesheet Salary to process monthly payroll
*Assists in the preparation of various HR documents to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department.
*Drafts memos and e-mails to ensure transparent communication with concerned parties.
Collects, analyzes and collates employee data into various reports in order to comply with internal or statutory requirements.
*Follows all relevant HR policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
