*Making the new employees profile to complete the hiring process by coordinate with the recruitment officer.
*Handling the employee’s Timesheet Salary to process monthly payroll
*Assists in the preparation of various HR documents to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department.
*Drafts memos and e-mails to ensure transparent communication with concerned parties.
Collects, analyzes and collates employee data into various reports in order to comply with internal or statutory requirements.
