*Recruitment talents for the management needs as per the budget to cover any shortage and cover new projects by searching and good choosing.
*Responsible for any reports related with the staff or budget or manpower depending on the Master file in order to maximize the management vision.
*Working for solving any problem faster and without loss to avoid any headache and conflicts by negotiation.
*To carry out all tasks required by the Human Resources Manager within the limits of the work of Human Resources Management.
