Key Responsibilities of Human Resources Generalist:
Asssits HR Manager with day to day issues relating to employee welfare
Assists HR Manager will payroll calculations
Involved in the recruitment process of new staff, visas, travel etc.
Involved in liasing with local authorities for recruitment of employees.
Involved in preparing team entertainment
Involved in the development and running of employee development trainings
Requirements of Human Resources Generalist :
Proficient in all Human Resources procedures and legal requirements and to be a resource when needed
A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment and to be able to demonstrate excellent standards and team member management
Aware of local legislation and employment law
Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed service standards
Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities
